Ordering by credit/debit cards

In order to ensure a successful transaction please make sure that before you try making a payment you follow these 3 simple rules:

1. Make sure the card details are entered correctly!

2. Make sure you enter your correct billing address corresponding to your card details! (please note if a credit/ debit card is used (due to security anti-fraud reasons) we cannot deliver the goods to any address other than the billing address. If the correct billing address is not entered, it will result in a declined card transaction and the value of the transaction will be held by your credit /debit card provider for a period of up to 3 working days before being returned to your account.

3. Make sure that you have enough money in your account for this transaction!

PLEASE NOTE:
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE NOT CHARGED UNTIL ADEQUATE STOCK IS AVAILABLE TO PACK THE ORDER. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS. YOU WILL BE MAILED WHEN YOUR CARD IS CHARGED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING CODE ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.

DECLINED CARD TRANSACTIONS:

By law all credit card transactions are held by the banks involved for 3 working days even if they indicate a “declined” transaction. The money is then credited back to your card. This temporary hold of funds will appear on your bank statement as a transfer. Please don’t be alarmed! This is only temporary and will be debited back to your account within 3 working days.

You will not immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail because the declined transaction will be clearly displayed on the screen after your card has been processed. Please try to place your order again using a different card or re-enter your details. An email describing other ways to pay, as well as explaining the temporary holding of funds will be mailed manually within 24 hours by a member of our customer service team.
As a security policy, we only ship to the billing address associated with the paying credit or debit card. When checking out, make certain you enter your shipping information exactly as it is on your credit card billing statement. If your billing address is not the same as your shipping address, please contact your credit/debit card provider to update their profile information or consider using a more recently updated credit/debit card.

SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS:

Please note: Credit card payments are not charged until adequate stock is available to pack the order. This can take up to 3 working days. You will be mailed when tour cards is charged and you will receive the tracking code once the order is shipped.

You will be immediately sent an order confirmation e-mail with full details of your order. Once the goods have been shipped you will be mailed a tracking code within 24 hours of dispatch by a member of our customer service team.
